没有 ROOT 的 PIXEL 用户，别更新十月的新系统了

短信都完全不能用了？所有运营商吗？

@psklf 对 收发都不行 只针对大陆运营商

@psklf 有大佬出了新的补丁，可以不用 ROOT 无痛绕过这个限制了，感觉自己的手机又行了

系统自动更新的不是？也没见关闭自动更新的地主。不过目前一切正常，我的还是 9 月份的更新包。
补丁具体是啥？提前备一下有备无患。

Let me explain in detail the operation steps for this developer’s app (tested and working on my Pixel 9 Pro with the October patch):

The patch only needs to be installed; after installation, just follow the steps below. (No manual activation is required.)

Download the app and install it directly.
Open Shizuku, find io.github.vvb2060.ims under “Authorized apps,” and grant authorization.
Go back to the main page of Shizuku, tap the three dots in the top right corner, and stop Shizuku.
Then restart Shizuku.
Go to the system SIM card settings page and enable VoLTE.
Additional note about rebooting: After the first reboot, VoLTE will be off when the phone starts up. Just turn it on once manually — from then on, it will stay enabled by default after every reboot.

Can confirm it works in P7. First I was getting the IMS app crash. I was on updated shizuku, still reinstalled shizuku. yet no Volte option was apprearing in the network setting menu, I have 2 sim. one sim supports volte another has no volte support in Bangladesh. I disable one sim then went through the process again, then it worked. Thanks a ton!

我的是日本行货, 往常 PIXEL 的日本 ROM 和国际 ROM 有不同编号, 但是 10 月 OTA 居然把我升级成国际版本了.
不懂是不是根据 IP 给我更新的.莫名其妙

有没有 pixel 群啊,每次找问题解决都没有组织好难
