从程序语言的角度，最外层是个 A, B, C and D 的表达式。其中 A/B/C/D 在不影响外层语句结构的情况下可以是嵌套进其他的表达式，（ the timing and amount of your premiums ）是一个 (X and Y of Z)的表达式。（ index credit, if any ） 是一个 （ X ， if any ）的表达式，虽然其中有逗号，但是因为优先级和结合性的关系，并不影响语法解析。
