真的？ VPS 上的机器不能一直跑 100% CPU ?? 知道的人解释下呢?

@dcoder 超售严重吧，要是有一半 vps 都卯起来跑，母鸡说不定就瘫了。
有些 vps 商把 cpu 规定直接写在 TOS 或者 AUP 里面的。

@dcoder 好像大型都不會有這樣的情況吧,你可以看看雲主機商的幫忙頁面吧,一般都會有講注意事項的,沒講的話,一般都沒什麼問題
