Stern layer（斯特恩层）：在电化学与胶体科学中，指紧贴带电表面的一层离子“紧密层”（也常称为紧密层/固定层），其中一部分反离子被强烈吸引并相对“固定”在表面附近；它与外侧更分散的扩散层（diffuse layer）一起构成电双层（electric double layer）。
