在宇宙厂，工作时间两年，所谓的算法岗，实质上是写 SQL 。终于换了个项目，也就是拿 Bert 调优。技术上基本无长进。本人的兴趣点是 coding ，debug 。现在的算法岗是舒服，但是感觉无前景，每天上班如上坟。有没有大佬指明下如何摆平心态，如何成长
