不是多此两举吗？

Proxy_All_No_Resolve.list 本来就已经在 ip 后面加上 no-resolve 了，然后在规则集外面又写了一遍 no-resolve ，图啥啊？

显式的可以看到是 no-resolve ，一般规则集都是订阅别人的，人家如果改了你会每天一个个看下去吗.
