MacOS Betas have a habit of breaking things here and there. Apple usually fix those problems before the stable release. If you installed macOS Sequoia Beta and ran into permission issues, try this build:
Shottr-1.7.2-sequoia.dmg
The app will ask for permission at launch, and should remember your choice until you reboot the computer. If it ever loses those permissions again, just take a fullscreen screenshot once (not an area capture), or restart the app.
