场景：我们使用 ICAP 客户端上传文件到 clamav 扫描，现在需要设定个 preview size 这个 size 设置多大比较合理。目前看到的 opensence 是设定 1MB

网上搜索的结果不是很理想，gpt 给的答案也不是很理想。
