在 Beta 5 发现有这个问题，目前自己尝试的几个第三方网络调试工具，在删除原有的 VPN 配置后再也没办法添加回去了。目前还没有找到解决方法。

建立 VPN Profile 时，先临时关闭锁屏密码，即可绕过问题。
