最典型的是 twitter ，滚动翻页特别卡

如果你开了很多 Electron-based 的程序，那么整个体验就会很卡，常用的软件包括，全部的 vscode-based 编辑器, Obsidian 另外我发现 Neovide 也会吃 GPU |

Parallels Desktop 26 + Windows 11 融合模式下也疯狂吃 GPU
另一个 issue （ https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/issues/267022 ）中提到： 1. 占用 GPU 的多少和窗口大小有关，窗口越大，GPU 占用越高 2. 窗口模式切换至全屏后，GPU 占用恢复正常 |
