X 的 Premium 订阅不给退款

本身对 Premium 毫无兴趣，为了投放广告才开通，3$每月的套餐无法开通，必须是 8$以上的套餐才能开通广告投放。Premium 充值成功后发现 X 广告系统账号被冻结了。
