使用 cocoapods install 时 报 RPC failed result 26 http 200 错误

我执行pod install的时候总是报RPC failed result = 26, http = 200的错误，挂着VPN也是一样，直接用git命令能够从github下载到代码。不知道是什么原因，我的git版本是1.8.5.2。照着网上有些版本说可能是git的缓存问题，我照着改了也一样报错。
