无论是在Finder中创建删除文件，还是在Sublime中创建删除文件
都无法自动在Sublime左侧的文件列表中得到更新，除非手动在Project中刷新目录
搜索了一下 感觉是大范围广泛存在于OSX／Linux环境的问题。
V2EX中应该有不少OSX用户吧？大家没有发现这个问题么？？
