mac os x 下的 mail 究竟用什么正确的姿势才能设置 exchange 邮箱， live.com 后缀

系统是10.10.4
我的通讯录在早年某次上了wp的船后各种手机同步特爽从未提示过要输入什么服务器地址。
但是换了mac后设置exchange账户，却要求输入服务器地址，曾尝试过
pop3/smtp/m/webmail.live/hotmail/outlook.com

然而并没有什么卵用。
后缀为live.com，我的通讯录全在上面，难道真要一个个手敲吗？

Exchange有两种，Exchange ActiveSync和Exchange。Mac上是后者，后者的功能普通outlook邮箱不提供，只提供EAS。
