碰到过. 我的情况是遇到了断电等等造成了硬盘文件损坏.
不过具体怎么修好的忘了.我当时是服务器登录 root.然后..... 时间久了给忘了.呃... 不好意思了.

估计是 /boot 出了问题，挂个 LiveCD 或者进 Rescue Mode 去看看。
