升级到 macOS Sierra 后，打开 App Store 显示 “Application Not Responding”，跪请 V2 老司机怎么破？

#错误描述 系统升级到 macOS Sierra 10.12.2 ，打开 App Store 显示 “ Application Not Responding ”，但偶尔又打开过 2 次，下载更新 App 都正常，但退出后再打开，又提示 “ Application Not Responding ”，只能强制退出，反复打开几十次，偶尔一次可以打开。难道只有重装系统吗？另外也找过其它版本的 AppStore ，但提示不能删除和履盖 App #已采取以下方式均无效 ##重启系统 ##重置 SMC&NVRAM ##重建 Spotlight 索引 ##修复磁盘权限
