玩客云如何退款？

    年前众筹买了个玩客云，2 月 28 号才发货，等收到了黄花菜都凉了，于是给退了。现在 3 月 14 号了还没收到退款？
    官网也没有退款按钮，只是说收到退货后 5 个工作日退回原付款帐号。大家有遇到过嘛？
