以前搭过，用sockserver很简单。
现在自己用的sock代理已经不用搭了，直接putty tunnel。 |

用3proxy内置的socks代理就好了，内存占用小，速度快

goagent 1.10.0 版本加入一个 socks5 over https 的功能。呵呵
