Windows 10 1709，升级 Android Studio 到 3.1.2，使用 Device File Explorer 时收到"Error initializing ADB:Android Debug Bridge not found."error, 但是 ADB 在 cmd 和 powershell 中都能正常工作，请问如何 fix ？错误信息和截屏放在这个问题里了： https://stackoverflow.com/questions/50431448/adb-not-found-error-in-android-studio-3-1-2-with-device-file-explorer 从报错信息看是一个叫做“ Android Support ”的插件里发生了异常，尝试禁用再启用这个插件没有解决。
