估计是赚不了几个钱或者相比 Enterprise 赚的很少，把它免费就能是让你们多用 GitHub 的 CI/CD 、project management 、code review，把免费用户当人工 QA 以及收集反馈提升 Enterprise 的质量，还能让很多人充值信仰，真的是稳的一批。

个人的 private 仓库是免费的，但是 private 的仓库不能搞 github pages， |

@stimw #5 Free 用户的 GitHub Pages 仓库必须是公开的，只有 Pro 用户才可以使私有仓库拥有 GitHub Pages.
