如题，目前考虑两款笔记本，联想小新 Pro13 锐龙版 R7-4800U 和 ROG 幻 14 R7-4800HS,根据目前各种评测数据来看 CPU 单烤小新 4800U 可以做到全核 3.1G ，37W 的性能释放，幻 14CPU 单烤也基本可以在全核 3.1G ，35W 的性能释放。 想请教下，这两款笔记本 CPU 性能如果是同频率下性能是不是基本一样?
