剪映 Mac 版测试 Bug 问题，可以自行解决吗？

最近看到剪映上线了 Mac 版本，于是想在电脑上体验一下。

不料，在 macOS 10.14 无法正常运行，只有菜单栏的新建草稿选项。

于是，我以为是系统版本问题，最终升级到了许久为更新的 macOS Big Sur 。

但再次安装剪映 Mac 版仍然存在同样的问题，这应该就不再是系统版本的问题了吧！

和反馈邮箱反馈了多次没有回复，软件也未更新，想问一下以下报错信息可以自行解决吗？
