AdGuard Home 已经用了几个月了，体验很好。 我的上游 DNS 服务器里面有运营商和其他一些常用的 DNS，我使用的并行请求。 但是由于运营商提供的 DNS 速度最快，所以一般会优先返回运营商解析的 ip 。但是我这边运营商会把 github.io 解析到本机地址上。
nslookup github.io 61.128.128.68

Name: github.io
Address: 127.0.0.1
如果不用运营商 DNS，有时候国内的某些域名解析会出现一些奇怪的问题。比如解析某宝，返回一个国际站。
