为什么上单远程英雄不推荐第一件大件出飓风?

我主 Teemo, 上单一般带 Doran's Blade, 然后先出双 (或三) Doran 和 Recurve Bow, 再出鞋子和飓风, 但是很多人不推荐这么做, 为什么呢? 那应该怎样打更好?
个人觉得如果先出 Wit's End 虽然打人比较疼但是打钱太慢了, 而出飓风的话可以很快赚出第三把大件. 上单英雄也应该更注重发育吧?
求高手指点.
