网页在没有加载完之前鼠标会在浏览器上部(书签栏 地址栏这一部分)不停的闪烁 firefox 和 chrome 都有这个问题
idea 在刷新 maven 的时候也会闪烁到刷新结束 在某些页面又会一直低频率的闪烁
xrandr 的缩放命令：
xrandr --output eDP --mode 2880x1800_60.00 --primary --output DisplayPort-0 --rate 60 --panning 3840x2160+2880+0 --scale 2x2 --right-of eDP
