最近在用 Github Action 做一些的东西，最后排查出 svn 这里出现问题，没办法完成，也不报错 具体的测试命令也很简单：
docker run --rm ubuntu:22.04 /bin/bash -c "apt-get update && apt-get install -y subversion && svn co https://github.com/actions/setup-node/trunk/docs --non-interactive docs"
随便选取了一个仓库做例子，正常情况下也只需要不到一分钟，而这个却一直无法运行结束，实在不知道为什么。
