fetch-github-hosts是一款同步 github hosts 的工具，继上次更新都已经一年了，这两天抽空将 fyne 的版本更新到了最新的版本，还有操作系统的获取管理员权限的依赖。
这次主要的更新就是更新了 UI 及配色，还有增加了启动软件自动同步的功能，另外还有一些其他的小功能调整。
