我昨天买了美版的 ultra1 ，99 新的，只要 3000 大洋，这么便宜果断入手

@lixon83 没这么夸张，20 万一平还是有很多的，贵的上不封顶，路边中介窗户上贴的都是几千万的
@ooooo 后面工资涨了，压力慢慢小了
@abclearner 暂时不考虑移民，父母家人都在国内呢

@Martox 没有啦，工资只有三万左右
@lzyfred 是的香港工作，不过买房应该不会每天住，主要住在香港

@lixon83 因为香港买房，非永久居民需要缴纳房款 30%的税费。。所以深圳这首付在香港可能只能交税
