同样困惑好久了。现在的工作就是增删改查，想跳槽去大厂提升技能，结果面试时要求有高并发高负载经验，于是就进入了死循环。至于说靠自学的，其实自学的深入程度是比不上工作中实操的深度的，实际工作中遇到的各种问题比书中的 demo 要复杂的多，面试的时候很容易就被问出来了
