这几天，Youtube 不仅屏蔽了 Flag=CN 的流量，还屏蔽了香港很多机房的 IP，具体屏蔽原因未知。Chrome 会把真实 IP 传递出去，所以满足了 Flag=CN。我经过反复测试，除非是从 Google Cloud 出去可以正常播放以外，其余线路基本都不行。
