之前是 32gb 的 m1 pro 非常卡
然后买了 96gb 的 m3 max ，再也没有内存不足的情况了。
我日常工作使用的内存差不多有 50g 左右。
monitor 里面 swap 一直是 0 ,运行流畅，非常舒适。
