Word 版本号多少？这里 2.24 好像没有问题，iCloud 里面点 docx 文件会自动用 Word 打开，关掉之后改动会保存回到原来的文件。

同样的机型，也是 10.13.4 之后出现这个问题，拿到 Apple Store 检测，返厂换了主板，无线模块和 IO board，系统没动，没有再出现过。供 LZ 参考。
