@leaf 好是好，就是手掌大但是手指不是很长的人很难按到 shift 按钮和靠前面的侧面和顶面两个功能键

本人之前有同样需求时研究过，时间截止 2023 年 7 月份，没有能优雅丝滑、面向一般用户、不需要折腾/部署/自建的同时满足所有需求的方案。最终选择自用 vps 部署 nextcloud 同步 joplin 笔记，同时还把自己云问题和部署网站解决了，目前感觉比较省心和简易；另一种更简洁的替代方案：本地用 obsidian 等工具写纯 markdown ，可以以后自己加自定义 markdown 渲染（目前网上也有很多），github 啥的定期备份就行

不是软件，是 web 端的 和 cubox 一样 不知道能不能合你口味：pinboard.in
independent 开发者的项目，他自己给你 host ，支持存网页 加标签 加注释 标签搜索等等一大堆功能 还能看见其他使用这个服务的用户都存了啥(可以关掉这个功能来双向不显示)， 付费版 22 刀一年支持存网页快照，全平台端都有社区开源的软件通过 api 使用
