@tnnxka 建议你买腾讯阿里的国内 vps，买个小宽带的就行了,私人商家的话一般都是 nat 机器用来中转出国流量的，你访问国内地址的话一般会视为回国被封禁

@xman4587 杭州的电信公网 ip 确实是动态的，你这种情况的话可以买一个国内的小宽带 vps,一年也不贵，上面搭个代理就行了
