个人理解主要是这三个：
1. 门槛高，团队要有专人研究。
2. 不是所有库都能完美兼容，可能得专门适配比如日志聚合，官方有个《各组件兼容性报告》可以拿来参考，出问题得有 1. 的人来解决。
3. 迁入成本、迁出成本问题。
