做炸鸡还是尽量用炸粉比较好，把脆浆挂在鸡肉上面，炸好后非常酥脆。地瓜粉常用都是蚝烙，丝瓜烙，南瓜烙，芋头烙等这些食物，就是用来吸收多余的水分。地瓜粉和炸粉来烹饪食物还是有细微区别的，最后分享个小妙招，就是炸粉调制的时候可以稍微下一点食用油。
